Job Description
Teachers, are you ready to work where the focus is entirely on students? Put all your energies into connecting with kids? Work in a positive climate where you are respected and treated as a professional?? Modern Minds is looking for positive, motivated, and friendly team members who are committed to student success. Our Middle School teacher position focuses on providing support for students who are enrolled in Florida Virtual School for their core classes; ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies. In this role, you'll provide support and guidance for students through their educational journey by assisting them with organizational skills, developing communication skills, utilizing technology schools for both core content and our STEM and Conservation programs, and providing academic support. At Modern Minds, we put teachers in a position to do what they do best, make connections with kids and inspiring them to achieve their highest level of success. The focus is on maximizing time with students and eliminating many of the time consuming duties found in other schools that distract from the educational environment.
