A School of Excellence for two full-time Middle School English Language Arts Teachers, with a preference for candidates interested in teaching 7th or 8th grade. This is an in-person teaching position at Team Success's Middle & High School campus in Sarasota, Florida. We are seeking educators who are passionate about literacy, student development, and creating engaging learning environments for middle school students. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned with Florida standards Develop students' skills in reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, literary analysis, and critical thinking Differentiate instruction to support varying academic levels and learning needs Establish and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement Use student assessment data to monitor progress and inform instruction Integrate appropriate educational technology and instructional resources into lessons Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to support student success Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding student progress Participate in school activities, professional development, and other responsibilities associated with the teaching role Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Florida teaching certification in English/English Language Arts or eligibility to obtain appropriate Florida certification Experience working with middle or high school students preferred Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse learning needs Commitment to creating a positive and academically rigorous classroom environment Position Details Full-time In-person Middle School English Language Arts Grades 7-8 preferred Sarasota, Florida Hiring immediately About ConnectEd K12 ConnectEd K12 provides educator recruitment and certification support to K-12 schools. $54,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
