ESE After-School Teacher — Title I Reading & Math (Part-Time) Palm Beach County, FL | Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM Believe to Achieve is hiring FL-certified teachers for our Title I Reading & Math after-school programs. You'll provide 1:1 and small-group instruction to K-12 students who need extra support, working closely with classroom teachers and families to help every student grow — regardless of zip code. What You'll Do Deliver small-group reading and math instruction to students below grade level Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly Create and implement lesson plans Maintain accurate student records and required reporting documents Supervise students to and from the Title I classroom Communicate regularly with parents and classroom teachers Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment What You'll Need Florida Teaching Certification or Statement of Eligibility (ESE, Reading, Math, or Language Arts endorsement) Experience teaching K-12 students Strong classroom management and organizational skills Comfort with basic computer/technology use Clear, professional communication skills Compensation & Schedule Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM About Us Believe to Achieve partners with schools across Palm Beach County to give every student the tools to succeed.
