As a Snapology Instructor, you will lead engaging, educational programs that encourage creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills while creating a fun and positive learning environment for students. This role requires professionalism, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Snapology positively with children, parents, schools, and community partners. Responsibilities Lead groups of students through fun, hands-on Snapology curriculum activities. Teach and encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Guide students in the safe and effective use of learning materials and equipment. Create and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Manage student behavior using Snapology guidelines and procedures. Encourage student participation and adjust teaching approaches to meet student needs. Prepare for programs by reviewing curriculum, training materials, and lesson plans. Communicate professionally with parents regarding programs and student experiences. Encourage families to participate in future Snapology programs. Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
