Snapology Instructor Snapology of Savannah Savannah, GA Job Details Part-time $15 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Working with students Full Job Description Position Summary Snapology is a leading STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) enrichment program where children ages 2-14 learn through hands-on activities involving LEGO® bricks, robotics, engineering, coding, and creative challenges. As a Snapology Instructor, you will lead engaging, educational programs that encourage creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills while creating a fun and positive learning environment for students. This role requires professionalism, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Snapology positively with children, parents, schools, and community partners. Responsibilities Lead groups of students through fun, hands-on Snapology curriculum activities. Teach and encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Guide students in the safe and effective use of learning materials and equipment. Create and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment. Manage student behavior using Snapology guidelines and procedures. Encourage student participation and adjust teaching approaches to meet student needs. Prepare for programs by reviewing curriculum, training materials, and lesson plans. Communicate professionally with parents regarding programs and student experiences. Encourage families to participate in future Snapology programs. Attend required training sessions and team meetings. Qualifications Must love working with children and enjoy creating fun learning experiences. Previous experience working with children in a classroom, camp, coaching, childcare, or similar environment is a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the Snapology team. Must be willing to complete a background check and maintain required child safety clearances. No STEM or teaching experience required — comprehensive training is provided! Available Teaching Opportunities After-School Programs (August-May) Weekday afternoons, typically between 2:30 PM-5:00 PM Classes are generally 1-2 hours in length Offsite Events & Workshops Programs range from 1-4 hours Offered throughout the year at schools, community events, and private locations Weekend Workshops & Birthday Parties Friday-Sunday availability Programs typically range from 2-4 hours Summer Camps (June-August) Weekday camps between 9:00 AM-4:00 PM Programs typically range from 1.5-7 hours School Break Camps & Special Events Holiday breaks, spring break, in-service days, and community events

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
