Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Group Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of students, providing educational support and guidance. The Group Leader will play a crucial role in promoting the overall growth and development of our students. We are looking to fill this role at multiple locations: Carver Elementary, Eisenhower Elementary, and Table Mound Elementary.
Duties:
Provide educational support and tutoring to students, both individually and in small groups. Develop and implement lesson plans and educational activities that cater to the unique needs of our students. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Collaborate with other Group Leaders and Supervisors Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians. Assist with the management of classroom supplies and resources. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills childhood development and childcare. Assist at various sites.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working with children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. A passion for working with children Ability to travel between sites.
