Job Description

Afterschool Enrichment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and reliable STEM/Science and Health Instructors to lead after school programs for elementary students in the Deerfield, IL 60015 area. Since 2001, we've provided high-quality enrichment classes to thousands of schools and over 30,000 students nationwide. This is a very part-time opportunity, as it is not usually possible to teach more than one after school class per day. Each class is around an hour long, and the pay ranges from $40-$60 for each class. About the
Role:
You'll be the spark that ignites some fun with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) and Healthy Habits activities! We provide user-friendly lesson plans and all necessary materials to guide you through each class. Experience working with groups of children is required.
Expectations:
Must arrive to class at least 15-minutes prior to start Must communicate behavioral concerns to scheduling manager Must clear a background check Must complete a W-9; this is a contract position All materials needed for class will be available on-site Programs are held at an elementary school, after regular school hours Payments are issued on a monthly basis, following month of service (i.e. February classes are issued in March, on or before the 21st of the month) If this isn't the right fit for you, but you know someone else who might be a great candidate, please forward this information on!
