Category Schools - General Education Teacher Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a General Education Teacher, where you'll inspire and support students in a dynamic junior high school environment near Joliet, IL. This full-time position runs from 7:30 AM to 2:21 PM, giving you balanced daily hours and the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the academic year. With an immediate start and assignments continuing through June 3, 2027, you'll become an integral part of the school community, fostering growth and development in your students.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Illinois teacher licensure and certification, including a current CTE endorsement. Previous school-based experience, preferably at the junior high level. Proven ability to manage a general education caseload and deliver core curriculum content effectively. Strong classroom management and communication skills, with a passion for student success. Availability for a streamlined, 30-minute interview.
