In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for students from preschool to middle school. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with youth and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with students during various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and implement educational programs. Provide behavior management support to help students develop social skills and emotional regulation. Assist in organizing activities and events. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs. Requirements Must be 18 years old. Must get an IdentoGO background check done upon hire. Must have current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or will obtain it within 30 days of hire). Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience Candidates should possess experience or skills in one or more of the following areas: Babysitting or daycare experience working with children. Sports coaching or physical education background. Tutoring or academic support experience with students. Previous involvement in camp settings or youth programs.
