School-Age Teacher (Part-Time & Summer Opportunities Available!) We are looking for an energetic and responsible School-Age Teacher to support and engage children in a fun, structured after-school environment. This position is perfect for high school students, college students, or anyone seeking a flexible schedule that balances school and work.

Schedule:

School Year:

3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (approx. 15 hours/week)

Summer:

Full-time positions available (9:am -6pm)

Pay:

Starting at $17/hour for candidates with prior experience and all required Indiana certifications (negotiable for the right candidate)

What You'll Do:

Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe and supportive environment Assist children with homework and encourage positive study habits Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, group play) Promote positive behavior, teamwork, and social development Maintain a clean, organized classroom space Communicate effectively with staff and families as needed
