The ideal candidate is someone who embraces the Montessori philosophy, fosters independence, and cultivates a lifelong love of learning in every child. What you'll do Create and maintain a peaceful, engaging, and child-centered learning environment Guide children through individualized and hands-on learning experiences following Montessori principles.
