Kentucky Country Day School is currently in need of after-school teachers to provide supervision, support, and engagement for students in the middle school after-school program. This position helps create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment while supporting students during after-school hours. This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. Days of work are flexible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise middle school students during after-school programming. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Monitor student attendance and sign-out procedures. Facilitate activities, games, study time, and enrichment opportunities. Encourage positive student behavior and uphold school expectations. Communicate concerns, incidents, or student needs to the Director of Auxiliary Programs. Maintain orderly program spaces and ensure materials are properly stored. Assist with student transitions and dismissal procedures. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow school safety protocols. Qualifications Experience working with middle school-aged students is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise groups of students positively and professionally.
