The Wellington Student Care program is looking for Group Leaders for our Kindergarten and First Grade aftercare program. This private non-profit program located at the Wellington Elementary School in Belmont is seeking enthusiastic individuals with high energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with school age children. Must have the willingness to work closely with others in a team environment, be flexible, and have the ability to plan and implement creative and enriching child centered group activities. Experience working with large groups of school age children in a camp, recreational setting, or after school environment a must.

compensation:

Competitive hourly wage beginning at $23.50/hr for group leaders based on Experience, Training and Education. Paid Holidays, personal/sick days, cost of living stipend, and end of the year performance bonus.
