The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the academic and personal growth of children. This role involves engaging with children, developing curriculum, and implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance children learning outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a safe and supportive environment for all children. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development. Work as a team player to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching. Experience Background in childcare or experience working with children of various age groups is preferred. Experience with curriculum development Must be EEC Certified.
