Position Title:

Lead Montessori Guide & Schoolwide Montessori Guide - Waltham, MA Montessori Kids Universe Waltham is seeking an experienced Montessori Lead Guide who is passionate about working with children and excited about helping other educators grow in their Montessori practice. This is a unique hybrid teaching and leadership position . Your primary role will be working directly with our older children, while also serving as a Montessori mentor and resource for teachers across our classrooms.

Approximately 9:00 AM-3:00

PM Pay:

$29-$35/hour, based on Montessori credentials and experience

Lead Guide + Schoolwide Montessori Guide/Mentor What You'll Do Lead a Montessori classroom for our older children Present Montessori lessons and materials Create a peaceful, organized, engaging prepared environment Support children's independence, confidence, concentration, and love of learning Mentor and support teachers across our classrooms Observe classrooms and provide positive, constructive guidance Help teachers strengthen their understanding and implementation of Montessori philosophy Provide guidance on Montessori materials, lesson presentations, classroom organization, and prepared environments Help us build a strong and consistent Montessori culture throughout our school Who We're Looking For We would love to meet someone who has: Montessori certification/credential strongly preferred (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited training) Several years of Montessori classroom experience Experience as a Montessori Lead Teacher Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy, materials, and classroom practices A warm, patient, and collaborative personality Strong communication and leadership skills An interest in mentoring and developing other teachers Experience mentoring, coaching, or training Montessori educators is a major plus.
