The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, has strong communication skills, and is committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Responsibilities Supervise children during before and/or after school hours Lead and assist with games, activities, arts & crafts, and homework time Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Maintain a clean and organized environment Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students Follow licensing, school, and program policies and procedures Requirements Experience working with children in a school or group setting preferred Must be dependable, patient, and energetic Ability to manage and lead small groups of children Must pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain) Join us in making a difference in the lives of students through engaging programs that inspire learning and personal growth.
