Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as After Care Staff between the hours of 11:00 am
  • 6:00 pm Monday
  • Friday.
As an After Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and recreational activities of students in our program. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their overall development.
Duties:
  • Provide supervision and guidance to students during program hours
  • Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth program operations
  • Assist with behavior management strategies
Experience:
Proof of Authorization to work in the U.S. 90-hour Preschool Teacher Training High School Diploma Previous experience working with children, such as childcare, babysitting, sports coaching, or theater involvement
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
  • Ability to effectively manage a group of students and maintain a structured environment
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs within the program We offer competitive pay rates.
