Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as After Care Staff between the hours of 11:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday
- Friday.
Duties:
- Provide supervision and guidance to students during program hours
- Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth program operations
- Assist with behavior management strategies
Experience:
Proof of Authorization to work in the U.S. 90-hour Preschool Teacher Training High School Diploma Previous experience working with children, such as childcare, babysitting, sports coaching, or theater involvementSkills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
- Ability to effectively manage a group of students and maintain a structured environment
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs within the program We offer competitive pay rates.
