$20 per hour Immediate Hiring Timeline We are looking for a dependable, caring leader to join our small group learning program in Detroit. This is a time-sensitive hire. Please ensure you are available for the following:Interviews:

Must be able to start on the 9th The Role You will lead a small group of students (primarily grades k-4 or 5-8) in a fun, structured, and supportive STEM after school style environment. You will be responsible for creating a warm space where kids feel they belong while exploring hands-on STEM activities. Responsibilities Guide engaging activities, crafts, and enrichment games. Manage small groups with patience, positivity, and a focus on safety. Support STEM learning through interactive learning stations. Communicate effectively with students to build a welcoming community.Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience working with children.Reliability:
Consistent availability on weekdays.MUST BE TIMELY.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with both kids and management.Requirements:
