Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Immediate Hiring Timeline We are looking for a dependable, caring leader to join our small group learning program in Detroit. This is a time-sensitive hire. Please ensure you are available for the following:
Interviews:
Sept 17-20. 2026
Onboarding:
Must be able to pass a background check immediately.
Start Date:
Must be fully prepared and set with all program materials by Monday September 21, 2026. The Role You will lead a small group of early elementary students in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. You will be responsible for creating a warm space where kids feel they belong while exploring basic literacy, math, and hands-on activities. Responsibilities Guide engaging activities, crafts, and enrichment games. Manage small groups with patience, positivity, and a focus on safety. Support basic reading and math practice through interactive learning stations. Communicate effectively with families to build a welcoming community.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience working with children
Reliability:
Consistent availability on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4-6pm.
MUST BE TIMELY.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with both kids and parents.
