Earn up to $45 per class Weekday Afternoons Curriculum & Materials Provided Do you enjoy working with kids ages 5-10? Join our team of afterschool instructors and lead fun, hands-on enrichment classes for elementary students! This is a great opportunity for teachers, college students, education majors, coaches, childcare professionals, STEM enthusiasts, artists, art teachers and anyone who loves working with children. Why You'll Love This Job Earn up to $45 for a one-hour class NO teaching license required Curriculum and all teaching materials provided Training provided Weekday afternoon schedule Teach at elementary school Lead fun, hands-on activities with elementary-aged children One class per week — perfect for a flexible part-time schedule Typical Schedule Classes are approximately 1 hour and generally run: 2:25-3:25 PM Teachers should arrive 15 minutes early for setup, and stay up to 15 mintues fro wrap up. What You'll Do Lead a fun, structured afterschool class for K-5 students Follow our provided curriculum and lesson plans Guide students through hands-on projects and activities Encourage creativity, curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving Create a positive and engaging classroom environment Set up and clean up materials before and after class Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to drive to assigned school locations Successful background check Love working with elementary-aged children Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic Comfortable communicating with our team by cell phone and email Internet access for work-related communications Ability to lift and carry up to 36 lbs. when loading/unloading program materials No Teaching License?
