At Ravalli Head Start, we're looking for a collaborative, knowledgeable, and relationship-driven Early Education Implementation Coach who is passionate about strengthening teaching practices, supporting educators, and improving outcomes for children and families.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with teachers to set goals and coaching plans
• Build trusting relationships and support reflective practice
• Conduct observations and provide feedback
• Model effective teaching strategies
• Use data to guide coaching
• Support Pyramid Model practices
• Collaborate on intensive coaching plans

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Experience in early childhood teaching or coaching
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Familiarity with the Pyramid Model or PBIS
• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications
• Ability to travel between sites

Schedule:

35-40 hours/week Monday-Friday (with holidays off!) Year-round position

Compensation:
