This is more than a teaching position; it's an opportunity to transform how students experience language, literacy, and their own potential. The Key School is a nationally recognized leader in the field of dyslexia education, situated on the campus of CDS. We are dedicated to supporting bright students with dyslexia and language-based learning differences. Accredited by the Orton-Gillingham Academy and multisensory instruction, the program helps students build confidence, strengthen skills, and thrive academically through individualized, research-based teaching. As a Key Middle School Language Comprehensive Teacher, you will help students become confident readers, writers, and thinkers while working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, multisensory, Orton-Gillingham-based instruction Differentiate for diverse learning profiles Collaborate with colleagues to support student success Serve as an advisor to students Engage in ongoing professional development Uphold high teaching standards Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of Key School Ideal Candidate Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Training in Orton-Gillingham and multisensory instruction Experience with students with dyslexia Commitment to lifelong learning Additional Details • Other duties as assigned, such as supervision duties and support of students elective courses Americans with
