Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Social Studies, or a related field Strong content knowledge in English and/or Social Studies Preferred 2+ years teaching experience, especially at the middle school level Formal teacher preparation or state licensure Experience integrating the arts (music, visual arts, theater, creative writing, design, etc.) Experience with culturally sustaining pedagogy and inclusive classroom practices The Ideal Candidate You are intellectually curious, organized, and relational.
