Responsibilities Implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and tailored to students' individual learning needs. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to organize lesson materials, track student progress, and facilitate communication with students and parents. Design and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects such as literacy education, math, and science, incorporating best practices in childhood development and classroom management. Adapt instructional methods to support students with disabilities or special education needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. Employ effective behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom behavior and foster a respectful atmosphere. Assess student's performance regularly through formative and standardized testing, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement. Incorporate learning technology tools and resources, including digital platforms and library services, to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating Montessori or other specialized educational approaches where applicable. Support students' social-emotional growth by working closely with them individually or in small groups during tutoring. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming assessments or projects. Experience Prior classroom experience in a school environment is highly required. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple subjects and grade levels such as literacy education, math, and science. Experience working with children with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education accommodations. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for organizing coursework and tracking student data. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques. Proven ability to adapt lessons for different age groups using innovative learning technology tools. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and families.
