Full-Time Middle School Teacher Do you love teaching but feel frustrated by oversized classes, constant testing, and unnecessary paperwork? Novare Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Middle School Teacher to lead our middle school pod for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a unique opportunity to teach a very small group of students and truly get to know each child as a learner and as a person. Our small class size allows teachers to differentiate instruction, build strong relationships, and create meaningful learning experiences. At Novare Academy, students receive strong academic instruction while also participating in hands-on projects, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, life skills, outdoor learning, movement, and real-world problem-solving.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Very small middle school class this school year Supportive and collaborative school environment Freedom to teach creatively without excessive testing Opportunity to help shape a growing, innovative private school Located in Huntersville, North Carolina The ideal candidate will have: Middle school classroom teaching experience Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills The ability to differentiate instruction across academic levels A passion for hands-on, project-based, and real-world learning A dependable, flexible, and collaborative personality A desire to help students become confident, capable, and curious learners This position could be perfect for a teacher who still loves teaching but is ready for a smaller, more personal, and more meaningful school environment.
