A Middle or High School Teacher teaches middle school students, usually in grades 6 - 12, in a public or private school. Teaches one subject, or a group of subjects, such as math and science; works with one class all year or teaches different classes of students throughout the day. May mentor students, coach a school team or advise a student club. May specialize in working with students learning English or students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

As an After School Youth Leader , you will provide care for children in grades K-5 in our after school childcare program located at the Main YMCA at 1608 N. Washington Street in Bismarck. You will also ensure the well-being of children by implementing safety and cleaning procedures. Ashley Pederson, YDC Teacher said, "I love my job for many reasons!
