The Nashua Adult Learning Center provides exciting, enriching before and after school programs for over 500 children at 14 sites in Southern NH. We are committed to intentionally planning curriculum that supports the social and emotional development of children, while offering activities that expand their experiences. Bring your skills, passion and hobbies to create an amazing experience for elementary school children. We are seeking energetic, motivated, and committed team members for our offsite before and/or afterschool programs in the 2026-2027 school year. These positions are located at elementary schools in Hollis, Litchfield, Merrimack and Nashua. Before school hours are 6:30am-8:30/9:00am. After school hours are 2:45/3:00pm to 6:00pm. Our compensation is competitive, with perks offered such as paid professional development, meeting time and discounted childcare. Pay Ranges (based on education & experience) Group Leader 1: $15 - $17 per hour Group Leader 2: $17 - $19 per hour Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities that support academic, social and physical development
  • Assist with daily program setup & cleanup
  • Compliance with all licensing regulations
  • Create an environment of respect and fun Job Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
