Job Description

New Morning Schools is a leader in the childcare industry, providing before and after school care to elementary students in Bedford, Manchester, Auburn, Candia, Hooksett, Dunbarton, Milford, and Weare. A group leader is responsible for greeting students and parents, maintaining accurate attendance records, releasing students to authorized adults, and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the program. Group leaders will be assigned to a professional childcare team at one of our 15 licensed locations. Both before school (6:45am-school start) and after school (school release until 5:30 or 6pm) shifts are available each school day. We also offer employment during school vacations at our Bedford camp. We are very flexible with scheduling. Regular pay increases are provided as your skill level increases. Bonuses are paid each month upon completion of professional development. CPR and First Aid training are provided at no cost to the employee. Fees paid by the employee for their background check ($28.25) and childcare eligibility card ($25) are reimbursed once those qualifications are received back from the state.
