Job Description

Black Barn Roofing & Contracting is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Framer to join our growing team! We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working as part of a hands-on construction team. We are out of Weare, NH but service primarily surrounding towns, but we do have work throughout Central and Southern NH as well. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Carpenter /

Framer Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Perform residential framing and carpentry work Frame walls, floors, roofs, additions, garages, and other structures Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements Install doors, windows, trim, siding, and other building components Assist with remodeling and general construction projects Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow building codes, safety requirements, and company standards Work collaboratively with the crew and communicate effectively with project leads Qualifications Previous carpentry/framing experience preferred Strong understanding of residential construction Ability to read plans and accurately take measurements Proficiency with hand and power tools Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday What We Offer $25-$35/hour based on experience 401(k) with company matching Opportunities for advancement Steady, year-round work A professional, family-oriented work environment Opportunities to work on a variety of residential construction projects At Black Barn Roofing & Contracting, we take pride in doing things the right way.
