Responsibilities Lead and facilitate a variety of youth group activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor games, educational projects, and recreational sports. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Implement first aid and CPR procedures promptly in case of minor injuries or emergencies, following established first aid protocols. Collaborate with team members to plan daily schedules that balance fun, learning, and physical activity. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster a positive environment for diverse learners. Valid certifications in first aid, CPR, and AED operation are required; ongoing training in first aid protocols is expected. Experience with childhood development theories and behavior management strategies is advantageous. Excellent child supervision skills with a focus on safety and engagement during all activities.
