In this half-time role (.5 FTE), youll contribute your expertise by serving as a consultative resource and developing individualized G-IEPs for a gifted student population. Desired Qualifications:

Hold a valid New Mexico teaching license with a Gifted endorsement. Demonstrated experience working with middle and high school students (grades 712). Familiarity with G-IEPs and New Mexico educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and writing of G-IEPs for gifted students. Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers regarding differentiation strategies and student needs. Collaborate with the school team to ensure compliance with gifted program guidelines. Monitor student progress and update plans as needed.
