Duties Supervise children during after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Facilitate engaging youth group activities, including arts and crafts, sports, theater, and outdoor adventures Maintain clear communication with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior Manage classroom or activity space efficiently, ensuring materials are organized and safety standards are upheld Experience Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred Strong communication skills with a background in teaching, babysitting, theater, or youth development programs will support your success in this role Embark on a fulfilling journey where your energy fuels children's growth!
