Responsibilities Lead structured pickleball lessons and games tailored to various age groups and skill levels Create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages participation and sportsmanship Demonstrate proper pickleball techniques, rules, and safety protocols to students Manage behavior effectively to maintain focus and positive engagement during activities Collaborate with school staff and program coordinators to plan age-appropriate curricula Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements Assist with setting up equipment, maintaining activity areas, and ensuring safety standards are met Skills Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education, especially pickleball or similar racquet sports Background in childcare, teaching, or working with children in educational or recreational settings Knowledge of martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Climbing can enhance activity versatility Experience in swimming or other health club activities is a plus for promoting overall fitness Strong behavior management skills to foster discipline and positive social interactions Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and school staff Passion for promoting active lifestyles through engaging sports instruction This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on motivating youth through sports and physical activity.
