We are a small, nurturing nursery school seeking a dedicated part-time afternoon teacher to join our team. Our program is play-based with Montessori influences, and we place a strong emphasis on connection with nature, community, and the whole child. Our school has 24 children who enjoy outdoor play, yoga, and meaningful daily rhythms. We are looking for someone who is a true team player, genuinely loves working with children, and brings a positive, collaborative energy.

What we are looking for:

• Reliable and punctual
• Prior experience working with young children (required)
• Interest in Montessori philosophy (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Someone seeking a long-term position and growth within our community
• Warm, engaging, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable spending time outdoors with the children

Schedule:

Part-time afternoons, approximately 2:30-5:30 PM, Monday-Friday. There may be some flexibility depending on availability.
