We are seeking a Dynamic Lead Instructor to champion these high-impact STEAM Fall After-school programs at local partner schools and inspire the next generation of multi-talented thinkers, creators, and innovators. Wacky Science WeirdWorks, LEGO Robotics Spike Essential & Little Detectives Course (check our website to learn more at https://nexploreusa.com/).
Dates:
September 15th to October 22nd, 2026.
Shift Time:
Tuesdays from 3:15 to 5:15 & Thursdays from 3:15 to 4:15 pm (arriving 15 minutes before to prepare materials). III. Your Impact As the Lead Instructor for this site, you won't just be "supervising." You will be the architect of "Joyful Learning" for 15 students. Using the Nexplore curriculum, you will ensure that every afternoon becomes the highlight of these students' week. IV. The "Superstar" Profile For any placement at Nexplore Midwest , we are looking for:

You have a natural ability to connect with elementary students and can pivot your teaching style to keep them engaged.

Compensation & Growth Rate:
t We have the instructional rate ($25 per class if it is one class) and the non-instructional rate ($20 per hour), which includes the prep time you are taking to teach this class (arriving 15 minutes before, etc). Also, we have mileage reimbursement.
The Training Superstar:
Access to our onboarding training before your first session , and have 1-1 or group calls with our Program Success Team if you have any questions about classroom management and leadership skills.
