The Learning Facilitator will work alongside the classroom teacher to assist students during computer-based learning, center rotations, and daily classroom activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, maintaining structure in the classroom, and helping students stay focused and successful throughout the school day. Responsibilities Support the classroom teacher with daily classroom activities Monitor students during computer-based instruction and online learning programs Assist students during learning centers and small group rotations Help maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment Redirect students and reinforce classroom expectations as needed Supervise students during transitions and assigned activities Assist with classroom organization and preparation of materials Encourage student participation and engagement Qualifications High school diploma required Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and student-centered Schedule Monday-Friday Full-Time Work Location In-person Benefits Professional development opportunities Supportive work environment School calendar holidays and breaks Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume and relevant experience.
