Full Job Description YMCA School Age Teacher and Lead Teacher Locations:
Big Walnut Elementary Prairie Run Hylen Souders Big Walnut Intermediate Sign on Bonus for all new staff!
Salary:
$15-16/hr with additional compensation based off experience Part-Time
  • up to 27 hours per week

MAKE AN IMPACT-CONNECT WITH STUDENTS AFTER SCHOOL
Duties include: Supervising a group of elementary aged students Implementing program activities Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, Y colleagues and school personnel. Maintaining licensing rules/standards, keeps written student records, and collects data and provide reports as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements:
HS diploma Experience with elementary aged students preferred Available to work between 7am-9am and/or 3pm-6pm Must have reliable transportation Great for Recent HS Graduates, College Students, Retired Teachers or those looking for career opportunities in a school setting. Ensures that program participants receive academic tutoring based on their individual needs to improve their academic performance in reading, math, virtual assignments, etc.
