The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess skills in childhood development, special education, or sports coaching. Responsibilities Facilitate educational activities and programs that promote learning and personal growth among students. Provide support in behavior management to ensure a positive learning environment. Assist with tutoring sessions, offering personalized guidance to help students achieve their academic goals. Engage in sports coaching or recreational activities to promote physical fitness and teamwork. Supervise students during various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop effective educational strategies tailored to individual student needs. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Experience Candidates should have experience working with children in various settings, such as schools, camps, or babysitting roles.

Preferred qualifications include:
