We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time After-School Teacher to join our team in Eugene, OR, and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support students in completing homework assignments. Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational activities and games. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Encourage and assist students in developing essential study skills. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress. Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
240hrs working in a school-age classroom A passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare with large enrollments is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices. Ability to pass background checks and meet all state licensing requirements.
Schedule:
Part-time position, from 2:00-6:00 pm with an early release day running from 1:00-6:00 pm. Must be available Monday through Friday during these times. Hiring for the 25-26 school year (position will start in late Aug/early Sept).
