Providing a safe and orderly environment in which our academic objectives will be achieved. Planning both long and short-range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and our program philosophy. Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child Prepare monthly plan charts for your classroom Complete bi-annual assessment of children's development Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences Maintain daily open communication with our parents Keep accident reports Maintain anecdotal records Maintain confidentiality Lead Teacher is responsible for reporting any suspected abuse to the Director Arrange the classroom environment in accordance to our program goals and philosophy Meet all applicable licensing regulations Establish routines and provide positive guidance to
