Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and possess the skills necessary to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing, and engaging lesson plans, fostering positive relationships with students, and guiding classroom activities to promote academic and social growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote holistic development through teaching strategies/creative curriculum engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavioral health strategies to support students' emotional well-being. Incorporate learning through play with daily activities to enhance the educational experience. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support early intervention strategies for students in need. Facilitate physical education activities that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students. Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning. Requirements CDA or above 2yrs or more Experience in childcare Strong knowledge of behavioral management techniques and early intervention practices. Proficiency in classroom management with the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. Familiarity with ASQ, service report, assessment tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with students, parents, and staff.
