Monday through Friday am shift 7am-9am PM Shift 3pm-6pm Looking for experience that matters? As an AlphaBEST Group Leader you'll help shape meaningful after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
Requirements:
A GROUP LEADER SHALL HAVE ATTAINED ONE OF THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS BELOW A
group supervisor shall have attained one of the following qualification levels: (1) A CDA or a associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children. (2) An associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children. CPR and First Aid certification required Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.
