QBS Trainor Location:
Reading, PA Area.
Pay:
$20-$30/hr US Medical & Provia Education Workforce Solutions is seeking a candidate who would be interested in becoming QBS Certified (crisis prevention and behavioral safety training) to provide hands on training to our staff directly in a school environment.
Position Details:
Providing training around de-escalation & crisis prevention skills Scenario-based, skills driving learning Working directly with candidates who will be working one-on-one with children in a school setting Working in a school environment interacting with other school officials Training 1-2 days a week/ 1- 2 times a month (approximately 6-7 hours per day) to start We are seeking someone part time to start, but this position could evolve into full time work down the road but at this time it would only be 1-2 days a week 1-2 times a month to start.
Qualifications:
2 years or more experience working in a school-based environment with behaviors ideally with school aged students Experience with behavior management and de-escalation skills Prior training in QBS a plus #
INDADM Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
