The Role:

After School Activity Leader Do you believe dodgeball is a valid life skill? Do glue sticks, LEGOs, and leadership games sound like your idea of a good time? Then keep reading! We're looking for energetic, reliable, and creative people to join our squad as After School Activity Leaders. You'll be helping our awesome kids have the best part of their day — from running fun, themed games and gym time to leading crafts, science experiments, and cool leadership activities. This is more than just a job — it's a chance to be a mentor, a role model, and the reason a kid looks forward to coming to the Club every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading fun hands-on activities in arts & crafts, STEM, sports, leadership, and more Supervising gamesroom areas and gym activities to keep things safe and exciting Being a positive role model who kids look up to (yes, you!) Helping with daily cleanup and keeping our space fun and functional Bringing Club spirit to life through themed events and celebrations

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Energetic and enthusiastic Responsible, reliable, and ready to jump in when needed Great with kids and passionate about making a real impact Comfortable leading a group and managing occasional disagreements Able to move, play, clean, and keep up with a high-energy environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with kids or in youth programs Creative ideas for games, crafts, or learning activities A talent for silly voices, dance moves, or turning cardboard into castles

Important Notes:

Must be able to pass PA and national criminal & child abuse background checks Must be able to meet the physical demands of active play and building cleanup Daily participation in cleaning and maintenance is required (because clean = fun!) Perks of the
