Middle & High School Teachers - Part Time

Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our Christian Hybrid homeschool educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Part-time, 2 days per week of in-person instruction on Tuesday and Thursday. Some activities will be necessary outside of teaching time, such as connecting with parents, grading papers, or attending planned company events that may be scheduled in advance, including training sessions. Parents remain the primary educators of their students and homeschool on the remaining days of the week. Pay is based on the number of classes you teach. Grades Available 7th-12th Subjects We are seeking Middle and High school teachers with expertise to teach one or more of the available subjects : Language Arts, Science, History, Math Duties Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding their child's education. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, subject area, or a related field preferred. Experience in education, homeschooling, private, or hybrid school settings is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
