Job Description
Job description Are you a creative, compassionate educator who believes that learning doesn't have to look the same for every child? Are you passionate about nature, hands-on learning, and building meaningful connections? We might be the right fit for you. Our Homeschool Hybrid Program is seeking a part time teacher for our 2026/2027 learning season . Our hybrid homeschool program blends the structure of a classroom with the freedom and creativity of homeschooling—supporting families while cultivating curiosity and confidence in learners. Our community is conservative in nature teaching values held by previous generations.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who thinks differently about education and believes it's not a one-size-fits-all system A kind and patient adult who can meet learners where they are Comfortable leading small groups of early learners to middle school ages Someone who values outdoor learning , play-based exploration, and authentic relationships Bonus if you have experience in homeschooling, alternative education, or Waldorf/Reggio-inspired approaches
About Our Program:
Our mission is to support homeschooling families by providing a hybrid model of education that reflects their values and goals. We blend teacher-led, on-site instruction with outdoor play and nature exploration , focusing on the whole child— head, hands, and heart . We believe learning should be joyful and that creativity, free play, and individuality are just as important as academics. Our small class sizes foster real friendships, deep learning, and a peaceful, nurturing environment. We celebrate our community, welcome all backgrounds, and support parents in guiding the narrative around sensitive topics. Our fellowship is rooted in connection, curiosity, and shared respect. This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a meaningful impact in a space where kids can be themselves and grow into lifelong learners.
