Job Description
POSITION
Guided Learning Center Facilitators, Rogers High School
SCHOOL YEAR
2026-2027 (One Year Only)
STARTING DATE
October 2026- Facilitator reports directly to the Principal, Asst. Principal(s)
SALARY:
Stipend $ 3500.00/year
QUALIFICATIONS
Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the Guided Learning Centers at the high school.
Present employment at Rogers High School.
Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly connects with students (via phone or meet) who are assigned to their Guided Learning Center.
Collaborate with Teaching Staff on assignments and content to be facilitated with students during the Guided Learning Center.
Create plans and strategic approaches with students in order to complete assignments and understand content.
Track student progress with work completion.
Report student progress to supporting teaching staff.
Report student progress to the Guidance Counselor.
Report student progress to Special Services Coordinator.
Report student progress via comments in quarterly progress reports.
Attend four after school meetings (TBD)
Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
