Qualifications:
Required documentation for High Qualified status as a teacher assistant Proficient in the use of instructional technology Lead weekly elective classes that provide students with engaging, hands-on opportunities to explore a variety of topics and interests. Implement the provided curriculum and resources with fidelity while creating meaningful learning experiences. Serve students across all grade levels, adjusting activities and support to meet developmental needs. Foster a positive environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and active participation. Coordinate with teachers and school leadership to connect enrichment opportunities with broader school goals. Prepare materials, organize learning spaces, and maintain effective classroom management and student supervision.
