A Middle or High School Teacher teaches middle school students, usually in grades 6 - 12, in a public or private school. Teaches one subject, or a group of subjects, such as math and science; works with one class all year or teaches different classes of students throughout the day. May mentor students, coach a school team or advise a student club. May specialize in working with students learning English or students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Mathnasium center, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Manage and mentor a team of instructors, fostering their professional growth and development. Implement and maintain effective instructional programs and tutoring strategies. Engage with parents and students to communicate progress and address concerns. Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze student performance data to tailor instruction and improve outcomes. Maintain a welcoming and organized center environment for students and staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.
Requirements:
Previous management experience in an educational or customer service/sales setting preferred. Strong mathematical skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance student learning. Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
