Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with school-age children in a structured after-school program. Create a safe, positive, and enriching environment for students. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including arts, crafts, games, and learning exercises. Assist with homework and provide educational support. Ensure proper behavior management and resolve conflicts when necessary. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student progress and concerns. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Able to do pick-ups/bus runs

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Education preferred). Experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. Must pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements.
