Part-Time After-School Site Leader:
We Call Our Program Manager Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! Right At School's mission emphasizes a commitment to inspire a love of learning , support schools , and giving families peace of mind . We do this by building a team of mission-driven individuals who are passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children. Our vision is to bring exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow.Part-Time Site Program Manager Details:
Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager:
($20- 24) per hour (based on education, experience)

August 2026Schedule :
2:30 pm-6:30 pm (must be able to work full schedule Monday through Friday). Must be able to work any early release days- the schools early release schedule 11:15 am-6:30 pm Locations
- located inside the Lamar District Schools (must be able to travel to different after-school sites as needed).
Required:
Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED. One year of supervisor/management experience 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management. At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program.- Please note, all candidates will be required to provide proof of the previously listed qualifications in the job description (via transcript) and/or verifiable reference letters for viewing and verification during the interview process.
- You'll drive the mission by: Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children Meets regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability Benefits of being an Program Manager with Right at
